Customer: Large European Bank
Description: Along with the customer’s business development and expanding the flow of documents increased proportionally both inside and outside of the company. The existing systems of the customer did not expect such range of work flow processing, moreover they couldn’t transfer the data to provide its public access. Along with the customer’s wish to improve the system another critical aspect was stability, safety and efficiency of the projected system as the system was developed for processing of strictly confidential data.
Solution: Concept Soft was hired to realize the abovementioned task. Working closely with the customer’s company, analyzing both all business processes inside the company and the whole business flow of the projected product Concept Soft assisted the customer in realization of their distributed tired business vision. In close contact with the customer’s IT department Concept Soft helped reorganize the existing systems and took part in reengineering of some of the customer’s system components. High-level teamwork, great business analysis and absence of communicative barriers helped realize the product 1 month before the planned date. The improvement coding, vast knowledge and great experience in developing similar systems helped Concept Soft avoid many potential problems and improved the project’s efficiency.
Result: 60% project cost reduction comparing to the project’s development at the local market, efficient programming allowing project time realization reduction let us talk that Concept Soft realized all assigned tasks and the customer was right having chosen us as their offshore vendor. Moreover as Concept Soft helped define and adjust internal business processes we also contributed to reorganization and improvement of internal data processing systems.
