Concept Soft has many flexible payment and billing methods. As our main purpose is our customer’s satisfaction we offer you different billing systems. It is up to the customer to choose the way how to pay. Below you will find main types of billing systems that we use:
- fixed cost (here we mean packages and finally estimated project prices)
- time and complexity (sometimes it is difficult to say from the very beginning how long the project development will take, though we do our best to finish it in time and there are also cases when customers don’t choose the first methods as they like to change their solution in the process of its development, thus it could become much more complicated and successful than it seemed at first)
- dedicated team (you can choose any number of people and any period of working time that you would like them to spend for your project, most of big well-known companies, many of our old customers prefer this method as they really trust us and in such a way they definitely know that our best professionals are dedicated only to their project)
Unlike the standard practice of charging on the basis of hours, days or number of pages in a website, our project estimates are prepared by determining the expense involved in labour and time devoted to the project from start to finish.
We are also glad to offer you various payment systems as money transfers, letters of credit, open accounts, etc. We accept different currencies, contact us to find out if we accept your payment currency. Before starting a new project we will sign an agreement with you where we will specify the payment method that you prefer.
For a fully creditworthy customer or our old clients we may decide to allow a month or two to pay. The credit period depends on the financial information of the company and its size, capitalization, years in business, and other information such as citing some U.S. companies that conduct business with the firm.
If you have any problem with the payment method you have chosen you can always change it. The best solution to solve your payment problem is to contact us. We will always negotiate with the customer with patience, understanding and flexibility to solve the problem to the satisfaction of both sides.
